Hosting a spit braai can sometimes be a scary thing. It is however, one of the most exciting culinary experiences you will ever have, and a great way to spend some time with friends and family.

 

We offer state of the art spit braai's, with state of the art accessories

to make your spit braai experience one to remember.

 

To make sure you get it right the first time, we will include

‘ROYAL SPIT BRAAI Tips’ of setting up your spit experience with each rental.

Cost:


The hiring of a spit braai is R750 that includes Machine + gas + cleaning the machine

& Tips of setting the machine up.

ROYAL SPIT BRAAI - Tips for Hiring when spitting a Lamb:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Prepare baby potatoes (cut in half) by boiling or steaming it until cooked,

then add whole baby onions andplace it in a tray underneath the Lamb.


Mount the Lamb (ribs facing the burners for the whole spitting time – for best results)
Allow the lamb to cook for an hour before applying any spices
After an hour, apply ONLY olive oil all over the Lamb
Add your favorite braai salt and rosemary


After 2 to 3 hours (depends on the size of the Lamb) place a tray under the Lamb

on the end of the lamb you wish to start carving,


Add a cup of hot water in the tray and 750ml of Jimmy Sauce or a sauce of your choice.

Place the carved pieces of Lamb in the tray with the sauce and mix well.
Do not turn the burner off while carving!
